Institute for Orthopaedic Surgery Receives Press Ganey Award for Sustained Levels of High Patient Satisfaction Performance

(Lima, OH) The Institute for Orthopaedic (IOS) is proud to announce it has been named a 2012 Summit Award® winner by Press Ganey Associates, Inc. This is the third consecutive year IOS has earned this prestigious award recognizing facilities that sustain the highest levels of patient satisfaction performance. The Press Ganey Summit Award is one of the health care industry’s most coveted symbols of achievement. IOS is one of 114 organizations to receive this honor in 2012, and one of only six hospitals in Ohio to receive it for achieving and sustaining excellence in patient satisfaction.
